Like most of the portable hot tubs that are available to buy you can’t usually use the heater and the bubbles or the jets at the same time. The bubbles have a 30 minutes run time and the jets have a 60 minute run time and in that time the temperature of the water can drop a few degrees because of the cold air bubbling through the water. There’s less heat loss with the water jets. The heater can be switched back on straight afterwards.
One of the best things that inflatable hot tubs come with is excellent flexibility. As a matter of fact, they are not only flexible, you can very easily break it down and move it absolutely anywhere you would like, either in or out of your yard. You not only have to choose between a solid, portable, above ground hot tub model or the in ground model anymore, now there is a better option to buy. If you also consider the inflatable hot tub ratings you will know how much people are enjoying them.

To do this, you must pour a sanitizing solution into the tub, a solution that you buy from specialty stores. When it comes to the amount of solution that you should pour into the tub, you must follow the instructions given on the package of the sanitizer as the amount differs from one tub to another.

After reviewing several portable hot tubs, we decided the Lay-Z Spa Miami was the one we would purchase. We purchased the 2nd week in February and received within a week of ordering. Setup was simple and straight forward. We maintain the water quality every week by taking a sample to our local pool supply store. I wouldn't recommend this for children as the water temp max is 104 degrees. But for a good 20 minute soak, it does the job. (wife having chronic muscle spasms). If the hot tub lasts us a year, we will definitely purchase another one. Great price for the money spent. And a better deal then the hard shells. The pics and video were taken recently.
Upgrade your home-based spa experience by purchasing some hot tub accessories. Customize it with fun add-ons like glass holders, headrests, benches, extra filter cartridges, and a lot more. These accessories are not included in a basic blow-up hot tub set, so you might want to splurge a little more. Because nothing screams “best inflatable hot tub” quite like the one with your personal touch on it.
The LED lightning system is interchangeable, so it can either switch randomly from color to color or you can set only one hue permanently. There are 7 different colors for the LED panel that is installed in the interior walls of the tub. The tub pool itself has translucid walls that allow the lights to illuminate the whole tub.The jets of Paris are bubbles only and they follow a pattern that is also implemented in the next models of the series: the jets here are quite small air streams, 120 total, blowing high-pressure air for a quite bubbly experience. While it doesn’t work like the massage jets, it still offers high pressure jets that can be soothing.
Not everyone can afford to have a hard hot tub built inside their homes or in patios. Built-in best hot tubs can cost upwards $2,000. An inflatable hot tub is an affordable alternative while still experiencing the same features that a regular hot tub can do. Having your own inflatable hot tub also means you will spend lesser time at the local spa. Your money spent on hot tub baths is better spent on your own inflatable hot tub setup which you can use anytime.
The Bestway SaluSpa Miami Tub is the best option for a good, not soak in the middle of winter. The secret to this tub’s winter worthiness is a rapid water heater that brings the 177 gallons of water up to 104 F. The smaller two-to-four-person size of the tub also lets the heater work quickly when fighting against the outside cold air. An air pump is included for quick inflation.
Intex’s PureSpa Bubble Massage hot tub is a very spacious tub by pretty much all standards, managing to accommodate up to four people at the same time. It also benefits from a built-in hard water treatment system that makes water more gentle and an insulated cover with a lock to minimize heat loss. At the same time, the tub uses a PureSpa patented heating system, a 3-way test strip, a floating pool chlorine dispenser, a thermal ground cloth, an inflation hose, and two filter cartridges.

This Coleman inflatable hot tub as 120 bubble jets installed at the bottom. They are designed to suck in air from the outside and blow through the water. This means turning on the bubble jets can lower the water’s temperature. We advise to heat up the water several degrees higher than your preference before taking a dip to address this shortcoming.
It’s quite easy to set up despite its size, and the quality of the build is superb. One advantage of the size is that when the water grows cool enough, little kids can use it as a swimming pool the next day. A lot of grandparents have noted this in their Intex hot tub reviews. If you want to use it as a hot tub again, just turn the heater on for about 10 hours.

First and foremost, you have to look for a model that has a quality construction. The durable construction is going to ensure that it will be a lasting investment, meaning that you won’t have to replace it for a long time. What we recommend is a tub like our top choice, the SaluSpa Hawaii HydroJet Pro that features polyester laminated PVC for the construction of the tub. Also, to figure out whether you are looking at a top quality model or not, you should search for the I-Beam technology feature as well because it shows increased stability, safety, and durability.

It features a soothing AirJet system that ensures ultimate comfort when using it, the bubbly massage relieving any pain you feel. It can heat up the water to a maximum of 104 degrees Fahrenheit, and it does so in record time. Best of all, the time-controlled heating system ensures a convenient operation as it automatically starts and stops as needed to preserve the temperature you select.

Once inflated, this portable spa has a dimension of 77 x 28 inches. It has enough height to easily get in or get out of the tub. The side walls are 20 inches thick, allowing one to sit comfortably on the side as well. On the same note, the sides are very sturdy because of a PVC-like material installed inside the walls. This ensures that the unit remains sturdy and firm.
Blow-up hot tubs do not usually come with built- in seating. So, when you say portable hot tubs, it does not automatically scream comfortability. Bucket seats aren’t always available, unlike a regular one. Sometimes, the closest you’ll get is a cushioned seat at the bottom of the tub. That's why you might want to check out our guide on blow up hot tubs that have seats.
In addition to the ground mat, valve wrench and pressure gauge, the Lay-Z-Spa also comes with one filter cartridge, a chemical floater, a patch kit and an instructional DVD that covers set-up and maintenance. The warranty is less generous than other models. It covers the heater pump for one year, but only covers the inflatable tub for 90 days and the accompanying hoses and fittings for a mere 30 days.
One of the best things about a portable hot tub is the fact that you don’t have to have any tools to get set up. Locate the space you want to set up in and lay down your ground mat. Open up the hot tub on top of the ground mat and using the inflation hose attached to the hot tub pump unit with the gauge attached inflate your tub until the gauge reads 1.2 then it’s filled to the right level. Don’t forget to inflate the inside of the cover, as you’ll need it when you set the heater going.
